B2B Portal Feature Overview

This portal provides role-based access to manage your business relationships.

Contact Types:
  • Normal User: Can view own orders/invoices only (available for users with or without company)
  • Admin User: For users in company only - can view company orders/invoices and breakdown by managers
  • Manager User: For users in company - can view own data and participant/customer data they manage
  • Participant User: Basic user with manager_id providing hierarchy
  • Customer: Basic user with manager_id providing hierarchy
Access Rules:
  • Admins: Can view orders/invoices of company and breakdown by managers
  • Normal Users: View their own orders/invoices only
  • Manager Users: Can see their orders/invoices and those of participants/customers they manage
  • Participant/Customer: Like normal users, view their own data only
