B2B Portal Feature Overview
This portal provides role-based access to manage your business relationships.
Contact Types:
- Normal User: Can view own orders/invoices only (available for users with or without company)
- Admin User: For users in company only - can view company orders/invoices and breakdown by managers
- Manager User: For users in company - can view own data and participant/customer data they manage
- Participant User: Basic user with manager_id providing hierarchy
- Customer: Basic user with manager_id providing hierarchy
Access Rules:
- Admins: Can view orders/invoices of company and breakdown by managers
- Normal Users: View their own orders/invoices only
- Manager Users: Can see their orders/invoices and those of participants/customers they manage
- Participant/Customer: Like normal users, view their own data only
